How do Jephone handle monthly bill?
We use our E-Billing service, you will no not receive paper bills.For the startup costs including Jephone device deposit, shipping and handling fee. We need your credit card number to charge it. But if you order on line, please go to Order now to subscribe. Monthly fees are charged in advance, at the beginning of the billing cycle, while extra long distance fees are charged at the end of the billing cycle.

What happen if I miss my payment?
You have 7 days to pay your payment, After the seventh day, your account balance has not been paid in full, you will be charged interests 6%. Till the 20th day , your Jephone service account will be deactivated. If you want to reactivated it, you need to pay $7.99 activation fee.
